TOUR ITINERARY OVERVIEW
Day 1: Casablanca Airport → Hotel in Casablanca
Upon arrival at Casablanca airport, you'll be welcomed by our tour representative and transferred to your hotel. Rest and settle in, with optional time to explore the city, including the famous Hassan II Mosque or the old medina. Enjoy a delicious Moroccan dinner at a local restaurant.
Day 2: Casablanca → Rabat → Chefchaouen
Depart for Rabat, Morocco's capital, visiting attractions like Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Kasbah of the Udayas. Continue to Chefchaouen, the "Blue Pearl of Morocco," known for its blue and white-painted houses. Explore the charming medina with its narrow winding streets and vibrant markets.
Day 3: Chefchaouen → Fez
After breakfast, depart for Fez, one of Morocco's most magical cities. Stop at the Roman ruins of Volubilis to explore ancient ruins with a local guide and learn about the Roman Empire's history in Morocco.
Day 4: Guided Sightseeing Tour of Fez
Full-day exploration of Fez with a local guide. Visit the Royal Palace, the mellah (Jewish Quarter), famous tanneries, Bou Inania Medersa, and the University of Al Quaraouiyine (founded in 859 AD). Explore the UNESCO World Heritage Fez Medina and vibrant souks for traditional handicrafts and spices.
Day 5: Fez → Ifrane → Midelt → Merzouga
Journey to the Sahara Desert through the Middle Atlas Mountains, stopping in Ifrane ("Little Switzerland of Morocco") and Midelt. Travel through the Ziz Valley with lush palm groves and Berber villages. Arrive in Merzouga and ride camels across desert dunes to your luxury desert camp for dinner under the stars.
Day 6: Merzouga → Todra Gorges → Dades Valley
Wake early for a magnificent sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, ride camels back to Merzouga village. Continue to Todra Gorges, one of Morocco's most remarkable natural sights with cliffs rising 400 meters high. Proceed to the breathtaking Dades Valley with stunning rock formations and Berber villages.
Day 7: Dades Valley → Ouarzazate → Ait Ben Haddou → Marrakech
Travel through the famous Road of a Thousand Kasbahs to Ouarzazate, known for its movie studios. Visit the Kasbah of Taourirt and UNESCO World Heritage Site Ait Ben Haddou. Cross the Tizi n'Tichka Pass (2,260m above sea level) before arriving in Marrakech.
Day 8: Guided Sightseeing Tour of Marrakech
Explore Marrakech's UNESCO-listed historic center with visits to Koutoubia Mosque, Saadian Tombs, and Bahia Palace. Shop in colorful souks for handicrafts and spices, and experience the bustling Djemaa el-Fna square with food stalls, performers, and storytellers.
Day 9: Marrakech → Essaouira
Travel to Essaouira, a charming coastal city known for its laid-back atmosphere and beautiful beaches. Pass through olive groves and argan tree forests. Explore the UNESCO World Heritage medina, visit Skala de la Ville fortress, and enjoy the harbor and beaches famous for water sports.
Day 10: Essaouira → Casablanca Airport
Final morning to enjoy Essaouira before departure. Take a last stroll through the medina, buy souvenirs, or relax at the beach. Transfer to Casablanca Airport for your departure flight, concluding your memorable Moroccan adventure.
