These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the services provided by MoroccanVoyager.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a trip with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

  • A deposit (usually non-refundable) is required to secure your booking.
  • Full payment must be made by the deadline specified in your invoice or itinerary.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until we receive the required deposit/payment and provide written confirmation.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Client Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds depend on the time of cancellation prior to the trip and may be subject to cancellation fees.
  • Agency Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any tour or booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

4. Changes to Booking

  • Any changes requested after confirmation may incur additional fees.
  • We will try to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability or pricing.

5. Travel Documents and Insurance

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required documentation.
  • We strongly recommend travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and baggage loss.

6. Health and Safety

  • You are responsible for assessing your ability to travel and participate in the booked itinerary.
  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or disabilities before booking.

7. Liability

  • We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport companies, and other service providers. We are not liable for acts, errors, or omissions of third parties.
  • We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions).

8. Conduct

  • Clients are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. We reserve the right to remove any traveler who is disruptive or endangers others.

9. Complaints

  • Any issues must be reported to us or the local provider immediately so we can attempt to resolve them.
  • Complaints not raised during the trip may not be considered.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website or made available upon request.
